Today I am going to give
you what I'm confident will be one of the single most important tips you learn--ever!
It's the question from which all good marketing comes. It's what you have to
answer anytime you want to market yourself or an idea to anybody--a prospective
employer, customer, manager, spouse, anybody! And, if you can answer it properly,
doors and opportunities will open for you everywhere!
Ready??? What's in it for
me? What's in it for me? That's what we all want to know. Why should I choose
you, hire you, pay you, trust you, talk to you, listen to you? Why? Why? Why?
What's in it for me?
You can't just tell people
why you're so great because, frankly, people don't care. They just want to know
what's in it for them! After all, isn't that what you want to know? Maybe you
do have experience, expertise, or something unique to offer. Still, you have
to tell your story in terms that matter to your target audience. It's not about
you.

out, get noticed, and get results, stop talking about yourself and start talking
