People often choose not to train their employees because they consider it too time-consuming, too difficult, and too expensive. In my opinion, that's either a cop-out or a client who has had a bad experience with training in the past. Either way, it's no excuse. It is only "too time consuming" if you aren't seeing the value received for your time investment. And, it's only "too difficult" if you aren't working with the right people.
